Love this place made me fall in love with Indian food and it is highly recommended if you are in town to visit GO HERE. After I moved back to Reno I would come and visit and bring back a bunch of dishes for family and friends. It’s very authentic and a hole in the wall restaurant that is worth every penny HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Wheelchair accessibility: It can be accessedDietary restrictions: They have vegan available
The prawn tikki masala was especially flavorful, and went great with their fluffy, buttery rice! The Naan was savory and definitely paired well with the tikki masala. A good amount of spices on each, and definitely not spicy by any means (though I have a high tolerance, so maybe it'll be spicer to those with lower tolerance). Definitely check it out if you're in the Tenderloin and craving some Indian food! They also really creamy Mango Lassi and hot chai on demand.
Instantly became my favorite indian spot! Delicious cheese garlic naan, smooth and creamy butter chicken, moist tandoori chicken leg, and prawn biryani rice! The rice was spiced just right with lots of ingredients. Self serve chai tea station. There were only 2 people working so super busy, but worth the wait! Amazing prices for the generous portions, had to pack some to go. Dont come here for the decor, come for the food! You can watch the chef at work in the clean open kitchen!
Lahore Kahari is less of a restaurant and more of a gift to the community. I have been ordering from this gem for over a year and have never been disappointed. I have tried all sorts of their dishes and, even with takeout, the quality is superb. Their food is so delicious and comforting that my spouse will order it for me when I've had a horrible day. Anything I order from here is always sure to leave me wanting more. I cannot sing enough high praise to this darling establishment.
Not Recently, but have ' Eaten Here ' in the Past. Nothing can ' Justify these Prohibitive Prices ' when the ' Halal /Kosher Tandoor Gulch ' is a Block Away with Chutney, Pakwan , Red Chilli Kinara w/far more ' Reasonably Priced Fare ' ; their quality was ' Always Inconsistent '. Love the Biryanis Pakwan on O 'Farrell Jones though. One block away !!!!
