Philly Franks Steaks - San Andreas

The food is good here, real good. If you get all the fuss over cheesesteak quality and holistic cheesesteaks, you?ll get Philly Frank?s. Plus, dining in gives you that East Coast lunchroom feel. The menu goes on like a review and the staff were cool. Grub so comfortable, it ate the lawn!

Hands down one of the best things I?ve ever tasted in my life! The pepper cheesesteak is absolutely delicious and customer service is amazing. The owners have known and been kind to me for years. Love this place! Will always go here.

Nothing better than a great sandwich and that is exactly what you get with a cheese steak from Philly Frank's. The meat is perfectly seasoned and nestled into a soft roll with just the right amount of cheese. We've had cheese steaks plenty of places but none have been as tasty as these. We got a few today at an event in Temecula but their storefront is pretty awesome and definitely worth going to grab a bite to eat. Great sandwiches and an amazing staff, everyone is always so nice. If you're looking for an amazing cheese steak (or other sandwiches as well) you have to check out Philly Frank's! You will not be disappointed!

Better than most cheesesteak spots in socal. They have all the correct elements in place for a proper philly. My hoagie was a little bit too light and soft to hold up to the meat, felt like eating on white bread. I also wish my cheesesteak was filled more with meat, there was some noticeable space left in my hoagie for more. Comparatively for the area though, this is good. Not the best philly, but better than most around.
