The Old Spaghetti Factory - San Andreas

We just had our son's wedding dinner in her private room. The food was excellent and the service exceeded all expectations. 60 people were served to the duck they all demanded at the same time. It was incredible. We were thrilled. There was a local manager to make sure everything was perfect. It was!

Good experience for the first time. The food was great. Thubms up. Our waiter was new and if he didn't know, he asked. He was very kind. Dinner was served quickly, but the restaurant was not packed at all. The shop smells like an old furniture smell right through the front door. The decor was very dark. And furniture was dusty. But table and floors were clean. Overall, I would go back. Had the strawberry limonade, fatuccine with chicken and cheese garlic bread. Salad and ice cream and free bread (not garlic bread) were included in our meal. Good portion of good tasting food and good prices. Up from us!

This is always a favorite for our family. There were only two of us, and it was about 6:00. We could sit right before the food started. Our server, Wes, was very attentive and polite. I have a gluten allergy and he let the kitchen staff know so that my meal was prepared as carefully as possible (in a commercial kitchen) to avoid cross-contamination. Our meal was delicious and our time there was very pleasant. We will certainly return, and I still recommend this Old Spaghetti Factory to anyone looking for a nice meal at a fair price.

The food was delicious. Our server Valerie was friendly and efficient. We ordered chicken marsala and chicken-filuccine.

You can count on good food and fair prices. However, I can't say the same for the service. I think we went too late in the evening. We arrived at 8:00, an hour before closing. Our waitress was obviously over it and must hate her job. We didn't get any dinner bread (we did request it) while the table next to us got three loaves. We didn't get any soda refills until we were about ready to leave so I asked for my refill to go. I was charged for 2 drinks for myself. $7.50 for less than 16 oz of soda, OUCH! If you go make it earlier in the evening and hopefully you'll have a better experience than we did.
