Both polite and prompt. The atmosphere was magical at the best table in the house with a view of the bay, illuminated in all its holidays splendour. We enjoyed our meal at 17.30. Perfect time before our show at the Chase Center.
Amazing experience and food is delicious! I had the sweet butter poached main lobster and a tomato soup with crabs crostini and it was excellent. The service was also very good, the food came fast and the waiters were also good. The view of the Sf bay is very impressive!
The food was best. I understand it's right next to the water, so it's expensive, but I expected the food to taste better than that at this price. The part is tiny. 2 small crab cakes for $31. People shaved over the view in other reviews, but we were inside (most tables were inside) so there was nothing to see next to the table. But the service was good.
This is really nice romantic place you usually see in the movies with aristocratic servants and amazing sea views. The atmosphere is great and the staff is extremely helpful. The quality of food (we ordered seafood mix and king salmon) is very high standard and delicious. But everything comes with the price, so expect to spend some money here, which I think it's worth it.
We went there on Mother's Day, party of 3, we were seated within a few minutes without having a reservation. We ordered 2 entrees and 1 appetizer with water just to drink. The food was less than overwhelming. The pizza we ordered looked like a frozen dinner and tasted as such. The burger and fries were just ok. The fries had a cinnamon taste to them and the brussel sprouts with bacon were not fully cooked. For the price of their food, I would have expected better food. The waiter's never came by to check on us or see if we needed any refills or wanted dessert. They looked short-staffed, which was understandable for Mother's Day, but the 4 ladies that were seated next to us whom arrived after us were checked on at least 3-4 times.
