Ziba is one of our favorite neighborhood eateries. Their kabobs are always well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Persian tea is one of the best I've had. And their appetizers such as hummus and the less common Persian dishes are also delicious.
1st time here and we will be back! Service was kind and professional. Koobideh and salmon were super moist and the tomato and veggies were cooked perfectly. Our new favorite Persian restaurant. So glad it is close to home!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was empty and our ONLY waiter would disappear in the back and have attitude with us, NEVER COMING BACK. The food wasn’t anything great either and they had no lamb as a middle eastern resturant
