Contribuisci feedbackThe manager on this location is very rude!! And when i said you can be more gentle.. she said yes ma’am with a fake smile,and close the window (drive thru) on my face!!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. The two girls who were working the drive thru had terrible attitudes when we were being very nice. They had no reason to be as ugly as they were. They kept closing the window in our face, rushed us to order when we were trying to make sure we had everyone in the car orders right, told us “fries will be 10 minutes” then shut the window before we could just say “okay”, then brings the bag of food out 30 seconds later and almost threw the bag at us, then when we asked why they would tell us it would be 10 minutes they said “I meant 10 seconds!”, so we told them that there’s a way to say something without having such a bad attitude and they kept interrupting us saying “ok sorry, ok sorry!” I absolutely do not recommend going to this Dairy Queen.
I went through the drive thru and the girl was incredibly rude that took my order I told her I needed a bit to look over the menu and the girl gave me maybe 30 seconds before saying what do you want then as I proceeded to order I asked for fries with both burgers I ordered and she said with one or two then repeated herself very rudely because I didn 't understand her at first. I pulled up to the window and it wasn 't the girl that took my order and I payed her, then she opened the window and said 10 minutes for fries with a major attitude as well, Then proceeds to slam the window. About 1 minute later she might as well of thrown the bag at me and didn 't say anything so I asked her if the fries were in there and she said yeah and tried to shut the window real fast as she did the other times before I could ask anything, Then I told her that when you work customer service there 's a way you can speak to people that doesn 't come off as demeaning or rude, then you tell me 10 minutes for fries and give me my food barely a minute later and get irritated when I ask if the fries were in there? Then she tells me she said 10 seconds when she absolutely didn 't she just thought it was funny. She did apologize but it was just to shut us up. As someone who works in the food industry and in customer service, I know it 's absolutely not difficult to act professionally and treat people with respect even if they 're being difficult or rude but definitely when they 're being nice and understanding up until the end. I most definitely do not recommend going here.
We ordered 4 country baskets and it cost us 55 dollars that's insane and the chicken strip smelled and tasted like fish the only thing good about this over priced under. Quality place was the girl working the drive thru she was awesome.
Great fast food. It was fresh high quality beef. Appropriate prices.
