Pizza Hut - San Angelo

I ordered pizza and boneless wings online, and it seemed like a lot of others did too since it was the night of a Cowboys game. Unfortunately, we received the wrong wings, and my husband didn't check until after the delivery driver had left, which I think was our mistake. I quickly drove over to the restaurant, and the manager was very helpful. He allowed us to keep the incorrect wings, and our original order was ready for me to take home. Despite it being a busy night for them, their customer service was excellent! Thank you again!

We visited yesterday and ordered cheese sticks and a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The kids absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly and frequently checked in on us to see if we needed refills or if our order was satisfactory.

With both delivery and take out, I've always had great results from the Knickerbocker location! Not once has my pizza arrived cold, and their order accuracy has been stellar so far.

I can’t comment on the dine-in experience, but my experiences with delivery and in-store pickup have always been excellent. As someone who admits to ordering pizza quite a bit, this is my go-to spot. In the three years I’ve lived here, I can’t remember a single bad order. The staff has consistently been fantastic and accommodating, even when I mistakenly place my order close to closing time. I highly recommend downloading the app; the deals section is fantastic, and if you order frequently, you can often get free items with points.

The pizza was fresh, quick, and absolutely delicious. I was very pleased with the service. The gentleman at the counter gave me an unexpected discount, which was a nice surprise.
