I have a soft spot for this restaurant. I worked at the first location in Abilene, Texas, back in the mid-1980s.

The food is good, but the customer service really needs improvement. The staff is often quite rude and unfriendly. If there were a corporate contact or district manager available, they would certainly notice the unpleasant atmosphere at this location.

Jo ensured that our food was fantastic and our overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely be returning here soon!
