Wingstop - San Angelo

Gabriella was so sweet and helpful! She made my first time here feel so relaxing and welcoming.

Was instructed by DoorDash at 12:22p. The front counter staff went to the chef (heavy set male) and came back and informed me that the chef said it was 10 minutes. Well, eight minutes past the front counter employee asked me again for the name of order and went back to the chef. The cook then went to me and said that the order shows that it will not be ready until 1228, I then showed the cook that instructions per DoorDash or to pick up up until 12:22. The cook was visibly irritated and began to speak unprofessional and went away after the order would be specified for another 20 minutes longer.

It’s just not my thing. Seems like their food is too salty for me. As popular as they are, they must me doing something right, just not for me.

Ordered extra well done wings just to find out when I got home they weren’t even cooked the way I asked. Tried calling the store several times but did not get a answer.

Delish never disappointed! Great wings, fries and of course the BEST ranch!!
