Glamaris Cakes - San Antonio

I ordered a strawberry crumble cake for my birthday last year and it was phenomenal! The flavor was vanilla and strawberry cake layers. I’ve had a lot of vegan pastries and this is by far my favorite bakery for cakes. I’ve also had a few of her cupcakes from different pop ups, so good. She’s also just a lovely person!!

Amaris puts so much love into each of her desserts and it truly shows. From cupcakes to cakes, I have tried many of her different flavors and there hasn’t been one I don’t like. All her items are vegan and she can make gluten free cakes as well. My personal favorite of hers is the vanilla cupcake with strawberry frosting!

Such an unprofessional baker. I claimed I “perpetuated” her after giving her constructive critique to her pancake. baker would have just apologized and given a partial refund, instead she did not call my behavior for (I am a mentally handicapped person so they say that beyond wrong) and blocked me. if happycow would allow me to give this bakery zero stars, I would. kuchen was hurried, even forget to write my name. she gave me a whole different cake from her incredible clam cake photo reference. baker was bad in communication and just wanted our money. that was also a $236 cake! so disappointing and so treated on my birthday makes the dinge even worse. please save her money and buy her cake from any other baker. this baker is disrespectful and doesn't deserve any business. update: cake was mostly frosting and the small part of the cake that it tasted so moderately. it wasn't worth the money. the worst bakery and the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the 43 states and 19 countries, I updated from the previous review on 2023-03-21
