We’ve eaten at the Chart House in Las Vegas. There’s zero comparison. My $105 lobster was rubber on the edge requiring a steak knife and the center was raw. The rice pilaf was awful!! The lava cake had no lava. The outside was over cooked. No “lava” in the center. My husbands quail was burnt to a crisp. I only gave this 2 stars because our server tried so hard to keep up. In addition the ladies room was DISGUSTING!! I’ve been in interstate truck stops that were cleaner than this place.

We had a perfect dining experience at this restaurant. From the delectable food to the delightful ambiance, everything exceeded my expectations. Our waiter, Aaron, was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable, providing excellent service throughout the evening. At the bar, KJ skillfully crafted the most delicious Old Fashioned cocktails I've ever tasted. We want to thank everyone for creating such a memorable experience, making my birthday celebration unforgettable.

The bar is the hidden gem. You can get a great view of downtown for the price of a drink vs. the to get to the observation deck. Draft beer selection is limited but leaning towards the refreshing lower alcohol taps.

The view is great and that is what you’re paying for. If this was down on the ground it would be a mediocre to poor restaurant. The clam chowder was good but my $60 steak was overcooked and the mashed potatoes were just above room temperature. The waitress was friendly but disappeared for extended times. Our drinks ran down several times. Our food took quite a while to arrive. As we were leaving a customer was complaining that their order was completely lost.
