Ajuua! Mexican Grill Patio

The first time I visited this place, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant may not have much of a front appearance, tucked away in a strip mall, but once inside, it's like entering another world. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The michelada I ordered was perfect. They also have a large terrace that is underutilized. Unfortunately, they do not allow dogs. Despite this, I will definitely be making a return trip.

That was delicious. the hostess and server were friendly and attentive. did I mention the amazing eating?! this will be the next visit of the opposite!

In comparison to the Mexican restaurants in the opposite of san antonio this restaurant is great. decent salsa, big fajitas, suppen and margaritas. the service is always on the place and the one time it was not the waiter was very friendly and apologetic. I would recommend ordering a side of creamy cilantro or poblano to go with their meal (especially fajitas) because they are fantastic!

The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty, and the staff was incredibly friendly. On a Wednesday evening, our group of classmates and family needed to find a place to eat for our large group of about 90 guests. Ajuúa was able to accommodate us fully, serving us in less than 2 hours and quickly wrapping up our meal. I was impressed, as feeding such a large group can often be challenging. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend giving them a try - they are fantastic!

The music was much too loud for mid afternoon. I couldn’t even use my Bluetooth to listen to my chosen audio, because the music was so loud. And what happened to the stemmed margarita glasses?? I love margaritas and the margarita glass is part of the experience. I don’t come here as often as I did in the past because the experience is not what I want, especially in the middle of the day when they are not very busy. Still, the food is good.
