Antojitos Catrachos - San Antonio

I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant, as I don’t know of a large Central American community in San Antonio. As a Honduran myself, I was excited to discover this place. The food was excellent, and it did not disappoint. I always make it a point to visit whenever I'm in San Antonio.

This restaurant offers incredibly delicious and authentic Honduran cuisine. While the service was decent, it could use some improvement, as they seem to be understaffed, which sometimes leads to longer wait times for your meal. However, the food is freshly prepared once you place your order, so I definitely recommend it. The cleanliness is satisfactory, but if you only speak English, you might find communication challenging.

This is a fantastic spot for enjoying Honduran cuisine. The portions are consistently generous, and the restaurant is always tidy. The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive. If you're already familiar with Honduran food, I suggest trying everything on the menu. For those who are new to the cuisine, I highly recommend the Plato Típico, which offers a variety of flavors in one dish.
