Arby's - San Antonio

Ketchup was watered down and runny, and the soda machine was leaking. Then we had to wait 10 min with nobody in the dinning area and no cars in the drive through.

I attempted to retrieve my birthday gift through the Arby’s App prior to heading over to the store. The app was not working well. I arrived and showed the cashier and they were helpful. I ordered curly fries too. Too bad this Arby’s store is 30 plus miles from my house, this store has a heart , just a bunch of solid employees.

If I can give no stars I would the meat was raw wasn’t cooked at all went back to tell them and they said they wouldn’t give me anything else or refund me for the 3 sandwiches that weren’t

Need to listen to people when they ask for add ons and take offs

Food was fantastic and service was on point and restaurant was well maintained.
