Bandit Bbq - San Antonio

If you're in the mood for a big, juicy burger packed with that unmistakable grilled flavor, this is the spot for you! I came for burgers and beers, and I was not let down. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a beer, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. Everything was delicious, and the staff was fantastic as well. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely fantastic food! Every dish we ordered surpassed our expectations! As Texas natives and BBQ enthusiasts, we can confidently say this is now one of our favorite BBQ spots of all time. We will definitely return!

This is our third or fourth visit to this restaurant. The smash burger was fantastic (or at least it used to be). However, today... the wait time is absurd. There was only one other customer ahead of us. Now, about the burger: I’m not claiming to be an expert on smash burgers, but I might as well, because smash burgers do NOT come with mustard. We waited over 15 minutes for a smash burger that was completely drenched in mustard. The mustard was so overpowering that I couldn't fully enjoy the burger. Don’t get me wrong; I finished it because I was really hungry and we drove 35 minutes just to get here, but it was a huge disappointment today. And just to clarify, they never put mustard on the last four burgers I had from here... and yes, I consider myself knowledgeable when it comes to smash burgers. Oh, and skip the cream corn; it’s not worth your time.

I Googled Best BBQ in San Antonio and this restaurant came up at the top. First, there 's limited parking. Second, the dining area needed cleaning. There was food on the floor and eating utensils napkins on the floor and tables (photos included). Food was OK, not the best, not even close. Restaurant had the audacity to ask for tips as if they were doing the most.

The brisket at this place was the best I’ve ever had. Not only was the food top tier, but the customer service was phenomenal. The woman running the counter was sweet, attentive, and was friendly with all the customers at the spot. I would have taken a picture of the food, but I wasn’t going to wait to eat! I will go again next time I am in San Antonio.
