Contribuisci feedbackAlthough they are always busy whether going inside to place your order or waiting in the long drive-thru line I can honestly say they are still pretty fast in taking your order and handing you your food. If you're not a patient person or in a rush when they are that busy, then don't stop. If you are patient and not in a hurry, then stop by to purchase some food. I can say that your food will always be hot.
Food was cold. Service was barely ok but the customers were nice. There were several people (not workers) telling us to enjoy our meal and also said have a blessed day when we were leaving.Food: 3/5
I waited 25 minutes for my order to get cold chicken and warm fries .and watered down tea ... I thought they were taking longer since I ordered a family meal but when I asked the manager she couldn’t find my order I gave her my receipt to confirm my order.. she didn't give me back my receipt.. I should’ve just requested a refund.. Please do better Bills
Bad experience last Thursday. Went approximately at 5:30. During our 45 min lunch period. Busy hour. Had long wait just to get order in. Then cashier took my order for two #3's for me and buddy. Paid. Waited n waited at least 15 more minutes. So I get order and even though I had repeated two #3's. The girl says I only charged you for 1. Pay for second one. Go and sit down while buddy waits for his. I open my order and was chicken tenders. Omg. Take it back and had to easily wait for another 15mins. ??. Had to woof it down. Didn't get to eat. Only 1 piece. Rushed back to work and got back late.. Totally unacceptable.
Every time I go to the drive through I ask them I would like fresh chicken not the one that been sitting on the Hot light...and again I got chicken that was all hard and dry out....But if you get it to eat there .it come out good .I think is all about the Manager.....And if you call he will not replace it.And if he does he wants you to bring it backThat it just so crazy....
