Bad customer service, they don't bring you what you ask for and when you complain to them you get angry

My receipt says the employees name is Torres but there’s a young lady at the drive thru window… first off it’s barley 9/10am I’m sure they just opened and she is already grumpy… no hello just straight what do we want? No here’s your receipt just a straight face handing over it shaking the card/receipt as if we r just looking at the window the whole time waiting. Her attitude is ridiculous please get a new person for drive thru the way the employees treat guest is very important it’s our first time here and wow I don’t plan on coming back because of her. She has a cup for tips outside her window like why would anyone want to tip someone with a bad attitude. Coming out here from Natalia Texas to visit my brother.

The food is just meh, however the tortillas they bring on the side make the food taste way better. Service would’ve been okay had the girl attempt to be nice to both me and my guy instead of just him. Not sure if it was because I am female or because I’m not fluent in Spanish but she treated our table as if he was the only one there and she could maybe make more money by showing her T A instead of trying to work. Also, we were not made aware that they charge for hard chips and mediocre salsa for the table nor were we made aware that they charge to put drinks in Togo cups. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you are only going to stare at the girls stand in the corner of the bar

The atmosphere is outstanding! Super friendly staff. Food is very good just a bit short of true homemade. Solid variety of traditional Mexican cuisine and good selection of beer available.
