Chick-fil-a - San Antonio

The food was not as fresh as advertised, and when I asked them to address the issue, they made it difficult for me. The manager on duty, who had blonde highlights, kept giving me unkind looks. I would definitely not recommend this location.

It was my first time stepping inside a Chick-fil-A in a few years, thanks to the chaos of Covid. I was pleased to find that the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and their cheerful demeanor really stood out. It was refreshing to experience excellent service and a pleasant environment in a fast food restaurant for a change.

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The service from the young lady who handed me my food was fantastic; she was truly awesome. However, the manager was quite rude. She didn’t acknowledge me at all, which was disappointing. I had made a mistake about my order and mentioned that I didn’t want an ice cream cone. I thought I could place my order at the window when I picked up my food, but she told her staff, "We never do that," and instructed me to go back to the end of the line. This was frustrating, especially during the busy dinner hours around 6:30 or 7 o'clock, as I had to drive around and wait again just to reorder.

I like to go eat a a Christian Restaurant where the Food is amazing and super delicious.

I would say this is the best Chick-fil-A in the entire city of San Antonio. They are extremely friendly as well as super efficient. Since they've added the additional lanes and covers as well as fans for their employees, they take the orders and run the customers through incredibly fast. And let's all agree that Chick-fil-A food is pretty darn good.
