Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Antonio

This is the second and last time I order a Burrito from this location. The rice was undercooked and the salsa to sour cream ratio was way off so it was too hot without the cooling sour cream. Its like the spoon was dipped not scooped into the SC container and only the faintest hint of SC was added. Not good.

This store has never once remembered to send my drink in the many times I have ordered from here. Portions are also much smaller than if you pick up in person.

Sofritas were extremely spicy, friend couldnt eat her bowl. Other burrito bowl wasnt even half way filled.

One Burrito Bowl was very small. The other one barely had any cheese. One Burrito Bowl was missing sour cream and the other one was overflowing.

I am not a world traveling food critic, but I was born in Mexico and have eaten the best authentic Mexican food from several states of my country of birth. I stopped at your restaurant with some apprehension, but it was the only restaurant open late where my wife was doing Shopping. Well I ordered 3 Tacos with Chorizo, Barbacoa, Chicken. These Tacos were superb in taste and size!!! I will be stopping more often. Thanks!!!
