Church's Chicken - San Antonio

I can’t provide concrete proof, but getting food poisoning just 8 hours after spending the whole day at the church is quite bizarre. How long was that food sitting under the heat lamp? What’s the allowable time before it becomes unsafe for customers?

When I placed my order, I specifically requested a three-piece chicken meal without any combo or drink, but the person at the counter told me that wasn’t an option. It seemed like he anticipated my preference for the church's chicken. So, I reluctantly agreed to take the combo instead. When we got to the pick-up window, the man serving us wasn’t wearing a mask and his hair was all over the place. I really don’t understand how my brother is comfortable eating there. I definitely won’t be returning.

I was disappointed with my experience. The biscuits were undercooked, and I didn't receive the dipping sauce I specifically requested. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested in their work. I understand it can be hot and there may not be air conditioning, but if you're feeling that way, perhaps it's time to consider a different job. The attitude of the employees affects customer perception, so showing appreciation for what they do can make a difference for everyone involved.

The young girl in the cash box was very pleasant. Maybe she had a bad day, but she kept her head up and was very friendly and helpful.

Chicken was old. Fryer was not working for fries/bombers. Asked for salt and was told salt was not reordered because no one orders it.No corn on the cob. Not given extra ketchup. Macaroni and cheese was also old. He was the only employee working. I?m sure that had a lot to do with the food not being fresh today.
