Breakfast was really good but the lunch options were very basic.

This restaurant is consistently excellent for lunch. The atmosphere is always clean and the clientele is sophisticated.

First of all, we made reservations and didn’t even get to sit down. They said they were done for the night even tho we made/had reservations. We were stuck having to eat whatever else was open there. Very disappointed.

My food wasn’t cooked through. Server didn’t offer to comp the dish

It was frustrating to arrive at a restaurant for my confirmed reservation only to find that it was not open. Despite showing the confirmation to the hotel receptionist, there was nothing they could do except apologize and express confusion over the situation. At least they validated my parking, but it was still disappointing to have wasted time and gas. We have enjoyed this restaurant before, but in the future, we will call ahead to avoid a similar inconvenience.
