Cicis Pizza - San Antonio

My family really enjoyed eating in this place. Very clean managers and employees were so nice. Fresh pizzas and salad bar were good. I loved the pasta. The nice man cleaning tables were very nice. I will definitely call this store one of my favorites. We went around 1930. 12/04/2022 Thank you.

The buffet is always consistent and quite well over constantly rotating fresh pizzas and also really good about taking requests for the flavors you want on the next pizzas. Service and staff are friendly and the girl in the register smoking hot as beautiful for real. Just down here is that while we eat in Cicis someone broke into one of my crew members trucks and some things were stolen. So good food, but it was a hard lunch break after we were all done.

Rating for parents: If I could not give stars to this place, I would. We visited this facility today. When we pay our meals we were asked if we want drinks. When my husband is diabetics, and only water could have. When my husband grabbed our water, the mechanism for water did not work, what made the water look like (such as lemonade or another flavored drink). That wasn't our fault, as it was again, we didn't want to taste anything. When we finally got the drinks on the table, a manager comes up and makes a scene about the drinks and how we didn't pay for real drinks. My husband and I explained the water, and instead of apologising or correcting the situation, he takes the drinks from our table and throws them away and brings us two empty cups. He said the cameras were all watching. Nothing to correct or even apologise for calling such attention in a busy restaurant that was very embarrassing, he still raised two older people and got water to his satisfaction. We never had such a bad service in an overpriced garbage.

Best pizza place out there for the price. That said the pizza was great, workers were great, management was great. The quality was great. Fresh pizzas always go through when you don't see anyone you like? Let her do it for you. Great experience.

Excellent customer service and they do a great job keeping the buffet stocked with great pizzas...even when we came in just before closing. The picture I'm including with this review was taken about 5 minutes before closing. The pizza crust is good enough for my even one daughter that never eats her crust ate it.
