We treated ourselves for an exquisite dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The food and the ambience were perfect. The food was perfectly seasoned, the salmon melted in the mouth, and the steak cut like butter. The servers had great wine and food suggestions for us. Visiting San Antonio but dinner left me with a strong feeling that I was so happy to have found one of the best restaurants in this area (if not the . I really wanted to give a perfect score because the menu was unique with interesting flavors we enjoyed. We also enjoyed the service and decor. Unfortunately it took at least 45 minutes after our appetizers to receive our main courses which included the chicken and I don?t see any reason for this. The restaurant cleared before we got the rest of the meal. By then I didn?t bother taking much pictures because we were frustrated. Below are a few of our dishes.

Amazing experience Food, Service, Wine Options. Everything about excellent. Unfortunately we were not super hungry so we did not choose the feed me option (where the cook chooses your whole meal). But we made quite solid decisions. The onion tart had a mixture of perfect aromas and the tart part was so light and crispy. The real star was the changing pasta had a little ricotta, roasted peasants, parmesan and something else, but only heavenly. The server was very attentive and knowledgeable.
