I had a long wait to place my order at the register, even though there was only one other person ahead of me ordering tacos to go and no other customers in sight. Three employees were busy setting up for the day, but I still stood at the register for over five minutes with minimal interaction—just some eye contact. When my tacos arrived, they were rather disappointing. The bean and cheese taco had barely a tablespoon of beans and about half a teaspoon of cheese. I didn't check the other tacos since I don't eat eggs. Typically, I order around 12 to 20 tacos early in the morning for work meetings. However, once I finally got to the register, the cashier was friendly and polite. The tacos were priced at 3 for $4.49.

This place makes me feel like I’m at home. The owner is a wonderful soul who only hires people with the same heart and love for the people of the city and the appetite they bring. Open till 2, they stay steady with customers. The country guisado is my fav. They make it so tasty, savory, and the tortillas are Manteca love circles. I add eggs.
