Dairy Queen - San Antonio

The food at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The chicken and fries smelled so bad that I thought they had been fried in old oil or charred. The toast was also limp and soggy. The only decent thing was the salad, which was fresh and tasty. Overall, out of 4 items, only 1 was good. I can only give this place a 2-star rating.

The burger was really good. I felt reassured about eating their burgers after seeing the manager and chefs wearing gloves while handling my food. Thanks.

Only went by to eat lunch and was not disappointed again! manager is very personal and has a great sense of humor. and who cooks today has made an excellent job with my eating. great job, keep it!

Is it common practice to not mix the Blizzard fillings throughout the entire cup? When ordering a Butterfinger Blizzard, only the top part of the cup had Butterfinger pieces. Is this acceptable or is this just an employee error?

I would have gave them NO stars 0 we had been in the drive thru line since 935 and are told when we get to the order speaker that they are closed when online it states it doesn't close til 11 PM so definitely dissatisfied this dairy queen sucks! Way better experience in May of 2022 the service is way better and very friendly staff
