She ignored my request to make my drink again when I was really polite, even if it was the order completely wrong I continued to work with her. Manager never helps crew members to leave whenever necessary to go on smoking breaks every 10 minutes when the shop drowns.
I'm coming over quite regularly because I work. Evening and nowhere else is open for coffee late at night. Recently they had a change of staff, the wonderful woman who worked there at night, has disappeared, and has been replaced by a rather impatient man who has given up every time I order my drink for me and my partner a great hot caramel Macchiato and a large icy cold brew I have given up long to order something other than food. Late at night here, as you are usually told that they only drink at night. about everything that does not disturb to order large Macchiato of any kind they give you hardly any coffee and enough foam to fill 2/3 of the cup that a drastic change from before where there are at least 2/3 coffee 1/3 foam
I'd leave 0 stars if I could. 1:10 On Sunday 11. December I met a really rude employee over the drive through speaker. He told me first that he couldn't take my order for a while because he had to count the register. I said, okay and I was waiting. And he comes back through the microphone to tell me that it will take a while and that I take the ride through time. Whatever that means. I asked if it was okay if I could wait? And he told me I'm moving up to wait on the window, I think?! I don't know, but his rudeness was enough to drive away. Horribler customer service. I loved this place because they are open around the clock and I've been here for years, but that was really rude and unprofessional. Find better people to run the store.
Dunkin Donuts should be open around the clock what they are, but at 3:00 they are out of everything. It's been like this for over a year. I'm sure they've lost a lot of money because they don't bake enough donuts to keep them 24 hours. Until now, the manager should know how much it takes to get for 24 hours, but a year later and still the same problem. I left over 20 times this last year because they have no options for the dozen. 15 dollars a dozen × 20 times at least that I left and that's just my business. Imagine how many people have gone because they had nothing? You lose a lot of money. Why not fix this problem?
So delicious I love this location they are very prompt and quick with my order :
