Golden Chick - San Antonio

After a terrible experience at another Golden Chick, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by Amy at the front counter. The food was hot and fresh, not reheated, with the rolls being soft, fluffy, and cooked to perfection. Even after a 30-minute drive, the chicken tenders remained juicy and flavorful. I hope this review helps recognize the great work being done at this establishment. Despite challenging times, you all continue to excel. Thank you to everyone working at the Golden Chick on S.E. Military!

I went there last night, and the food was excellent! I really appreciated the customer service as well. The girl in the drive-thru, who wears glasses, was very nice and polite. I definitely plan to go back!

Went in to buy gift cards and was so so impressed with how clean the restaurant is . It was so nice and welcoming just seeing the effort they put into making you the customer feel good about where you’ll be eating. I peeked to look at the cooking food prep area and OMG same so so clean . The manager and staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see coworkers smiling and just getting along . Ok well just wanted to say this is the best place I’ve ever stepped foot in . Will be returning.

During our first visit to this restaurant, I was impressed by how clean it was. The staff was friendly and seemed to work well together. The food was excellent, and I can understand why they have a perfect health score of 100.

Made an online order for 4 people and all the orders were CORRECT! This location provides great services, food was delicious, and everything was CORRECT. I love this location. When I asked forore lemon wedges, I got a bowl of lemon wedges. They're so great! Plenty of condiments too.
