Gulf Coast Fish House - San Antonio

I ordered two cod fillets and three extra shrimp to take away since I work nearby. The food was excellent; the batter on the fillets had a slight kick to it without overpowering the taste of the cod. The tartar sauce was quite tasty as well. I especially appreciated the server who delivered my order; they made sure my takeout box included lemons, tartar sauce, picante sauce, and ketchup packets for my meal. As a veteran, I also appreciated the recognition I received. I will definitely share my positive review with my co-workers.

The food is wonderful! I ordered the fish and shrimp basket, which includes one piece of fish, so I decided to add an extra piece. However, it turned out to be a bit too much food for me. I give this place a solid 5 stars!

The fried fish basket here is outstanding! The restaurant is very clean! The Dos Equis served on scooters are ice cold! This is yet another fantastic spot for food on the southside!

We tried this place yesterday and we were not disappointed. Everything was so good and fresh and the girls at the counter were so sweet and friendly. We will definitely eat there again.
