Ihop - San Antonio

I will never come back to this restaurant. The service was awful. The waiter barely came to our table, and we waited almost an hour for our food. Other diners weren't even offered drinks and had to wait over 20 minutes. It was a deal breaker for me when the blonde-haired female manager yelled at her staff, causing all the customers to stare. It was extremely unprofessional. We decided to leave without waiting any longer for our meal. To the manager: what a disgrace.

I would appreciate it if I could have hot coffee without having to ask for it. My toast was only lukewarm, as if it had been toasted and then left out until my meal was ready. At this point, it’s barely warm. I feel like the quality can vary depending on which IHOP I visit. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

I visited the restaurant recently, and the service was quite slow. The waitress appeared to be somewhat distracted. However, the food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious! I want to give kudos to the chef. Overall, it would have been an excellent experience if the waitress had offered better customer service. Food rating: 5/5.

The food is always great when I go in. I'm never disappointed. The service and management always take care of their customers. Very friendly and excellent customer service. I'm back! Thank you for the warm welcome.

Visited on Saturday for breakfast. Place was clean and packed with customers. Food portion and pricing were reasonable, but our server David G made the experience even better.David G thank you for being an awesome server. From the time we were seated and until leaving your level of service far exceeded our expectations. Thanks for making our visit a pleasant experience.
