Ihop - San Antonio

Excellent and fast service. Place is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of tables so waiting time is significantly low. Food was cooked right on. Recommended!

My breakfast/dinner was actually executed wonderfully. When my food came out of the kitchen, to my table, it actually looked like the menu photos. The taste was on point as well. Even took the time to thank the cook who made it for me. The only con to my entire experience, was the negligence of my server. She really didn't stand out. Had to reminder her a few moments just to refill my brothers coffee. There were only two tables being waited on that evening. Our table and the table adjacent to the front wall. When she brought my milk, it was room temperature. So yeah, the server doesn't get the praise this time, perhaps one day, but not today. Today the game ball goes out to the cook. Well done lad.

The night manager was our waitress.It was pretty busy there and late; well after midnight. Yet no wait. We got seated as soon as we walked in. The manager did a great job even with her hurt foot. We did not order much. Tea and biscuits and gravy is all. Our order made it to our table in no time at all. The tea was cold and sweet and the biscuits and gravy was piping hot. Good food and good service.

Waiting time to get our food was reasonable. Great customer service. Our breakfast was very delicious.

We were greeted with smiles and warm hospitality. Erica was our server and was the absolute BEST. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and we enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back. Best IHOP I have ever been to.
