Bush's Chicken - San Antonio

Worst drive through system ever. They can’t get but 1 order at a time. You’ll be sitting there for 20 minutes there is only 2 cars in the line NO one inside.

I had some issues with the meals I ordered. I had requested two orders of two-piece white meat. While I did receive the white meat, the chicken was not warm. Additionally, there were no dinner rolls available, and the only side was mashed potatoes. I ordered extra gravy, but it was missing from the meal. I'm hoping this was just an off day for the restaurant, especially since it was an hour before closing. I also wonder why they don’t offer a chicken-only box. Overall, I didn’t feel that the meal was worth the $22 and change I paid. On a positive note, the restaurant was easily accessible for wheelchairs.

Ordered chicken breasts x 3 and paid the upcharge. Received 2 wings and a thigh. Even had a long wait for the chicken. Never again. Waste of .

Last couple times I've been here it's been fast, attentive service and hot and fresh food. Will recommend
