We ended up stopping by on our way home to pick up treats for the family ? The lobby was closed, so you need to go through the drive through. As we tried to figure out what to get, the girl on the microphone was super helpful and also shared the current special. She was patient as we tried to figure out what to order, even when we kept changing our minds ???? sorry about that! We pulled up to the window to pay and they almost charged us the full amount instead of the special price they had going on, but thankfully caught it just in time. Whew! Thank you! Waited till we got home, and every thing was perfect! The classic glazed is my fave and they took me back to the days we used Krispy Kreme to fundraiser lol. We also ordered a variety and they all looked great! Everything looked fresh, clean and neat. Tasted great too! We will be back now that we know they are here ?
I haven't visited Krispy Kreme in ages, but I stopped by this location on October 15th for the $2 dozen deal with the purchase of a dozen doughnuts. I was informed that I needed to place the order online since I didn't have the necessary barcode. I attempted to create an account to get the required barcode, but the staff member mentioned that the online order would take some time, even though she already had my drive-thru order ready. Given how complicated they make their promotions, I'm not sure I’ll be returning to Krispy Kreme anytime soon.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. They charged me for an online order even after I called the store to cancel it. Why offer online ordering when the lobby is closed and the drive-thru line is backed up with 25 cars? It’s frustrating to place an order for a specific pickup time, only to end up waiting in line for over an hour, allowing my coffee and donuts to go cold by the time I finally reach the window. No thanks—I'll take my business elsewhere. The donuts are good, but they're not worth that hassle.
After finally figuring out our order, we approached the window with just one car in front of us. It seemed like it wouldn't be a problem, but it turned out this person was ordering coffee for some big meeting or event. We ended up waiting around 10 to 15 minutes while they prepared several jugs of coffee. Most drive-throughs these days would have you pull ahead if your order is going to take that long, especially when the person behind you is just waiting for a few donuts. Apparently, that’s not how Krispy Kreme operates. If I had been in a position to leave, I definitely would have. To top it off, once the coffee order was completed, we encountered a swarm of bees buzzing around the drive-through window. It was quite stressful having to roll down my window to pay! I really admire the staff who have to deal with that situation—hopefully, they don’t have any allergies. On a positive note, the donuts were excellent!
They didn 't have the hot sign on but those were some yummy fresh donuts! My only feedback was regarding the mobile purchase made. I added money on their app. They scanned it and the money went through but didn 't show on their end so the person at the register talked to manager and they were fine with giving the donuts but I still would have been out some money for the difference. They then had to talk to manager again to give me the difference. Small inconvenience but they made it right!
