La Luz Tortilla Factory - San Antonio

Okay it being my first time in this establishment very authentic everything homemade all the wonderful Aroma to remind you as if you were having home-cooked meal kind of gave me the excitement I couldn't wait to go home and eat kind of feeling. So I ordered the barbecue special and a quart of extra Menudo and Big Red. The prices are reasonable the food is delicious friendly environment the management& staff they really love and know their customers even kidding around with them it's no wonder the line we're full of regulars everyone was pleased to be there.

Good and friendly customer service. Well organized and clean. Reasonable prices and great barbacoa with freshly made corn tortillas.

Highly subjective but la Luz has the best all meat barbacoa in San Antonio. Not too greasy and very tasty. The flour tortillas are exceptional. Prices have increased but worth it. Perhaps might consider giving a senior discount!

Hands down, the best barbacoa I've had in San Antonio. I get the all meat because I like mine lean and it is perfect. If you normally shy away from barbacoa because of the fatty chunks then get this. I drive about 12 miles for this barbacoa and will continue to do so. Also, get the red salsa. It's the hottest one they have (not too hot so don't be scared) and it has great flavor. Love it!

Awesome flour tortillas. Polite staff. Enjoy some delicious tamales..too.
