Las Palapas Callaghan - San Antonio

I just had a fantastic dinner experience thanks to Las Palapas, which I ordered through DoorDash. The Beef Enchiladas were absolutely wonderful, with each bite offering a perfect mix of flavors that made me want to savor every moment. The beef was tender and juicy, enveloped in soft, perfectly cooked tortillas, all covered in a rich and savory sauce that had just the right level of spiciness. The real standout, however, was the Chips and Queso. Oh, the queso! It was creamy and cheesy perfection with every dip. The chips were crispy, fresh, and just the right amount of salty, making them an ideal partner for the delicious queso. Absolutely the best nachos! The food is always securely packaged and incredibly fresh. Their dark salsa is fantastic as well.

The fajitas were fantastic, and the portion size was generous. The guacamole was excellent as well. I always enjoy their homemade tortillas!
