Lone Star Cafe - San Antonio

We were taken upstairs to our table, but then we waited nearly 15-20 minutes without being approached for drinks. When we inquired about a server, we were told, “They will be with you soon!” After waiting for almost 40 minutes with no service, my wife and I decided to leave. So unless you have time to burn, I strongly suggest you avoid this restaurant!

I had an excellent meal, and the staff was very attentive. The margaritas were the best I've ever had, and the location couldn't be better!

I stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering around the riverwalk, and I'm so glad I did! The staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were excellent—definitely strong! I will definitely return the next time I’m in San Antonio!

The Lone Star Cafe had the best chicken i think I have ever eaten. It was smoked, jucie, and fell off of the bone. The service was second to none and only aimed to please.
