Luciano Express Pizzeria - San Antonio

I can never reach anyone on the phone to place an order. However, I do love their double pizza!

The food here was quite disappointing. The pizza was decent but nothing special; honestly, a frozen pizza tastes better. I also tried the chicken parmesan, which had barely any sauce, and the chicken itself tasted like a Tyson chicken patty. It was topped with a slice of regular Parmesan cheese that wasn’t even melted, and the pasta was just overwhelmed by the taste of butter. Overall, it was definitely not worth the money. You could get much better food for less at Little Caesars.

I waited to share this review in hopes that someone from the company would reach out to me. I ordered from the South Park shopping center on January 3. The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly. Toward the end of my pizza, I decided to try some of the pepperoni, even though I'm not a huge fan of it. I usually go for the stuffed meat lovers because it's really delicious. However, I was shocked to find what I hope was just a nat (though it could be a beetle) under the pepperoni. You can clearly see the square outline where the pepperoni was placed in the picture I attached. Knowing that there was a chance I could have eaten it makes me deeply regret choosing to eat from the mall.

Friendly staff, but I might have got them on a bad service day. I had the chicken parmesana. The sauce was very watery, pasta was bland, and the chicken was cold with a piping hot center. I'm pretty disappointed.

The food is always phenomenal always great service some of the best Italian and some of the best ways so simple yet very culinary very tasteful it might be in the mall but it taste homemade if a lot of care and do what they do their customer service is excellent
