Mcdonald's - San Antonio

My son, who has autism, loves eating at McDonald's, so we've made it a weekly tradition to have lunch there before I drop him off at college. This particular McDonald's has always been clean, and the staff are friendly and courteous. They greet us with smiles, and if there's ever a mistake with our order, they resolve it quickly. We really look forward to the warm fries each week, and you can't beat their refreshing Diet Coke. While we usually prefer dining inside, the drive-thru service has also been consistently fast and efficient. Even during busy times, staff members are outside taking orders to keep the line moving smoothly. I do hope that one day McDonald's will return to the classic design from the 80s—the red roofs and the fry-shaped decor were fun! The current gray aesthetic doesn’t have the same appeal, but at least this location has some color on the inside.

It wasn’t an extraordinary experience, but it was a pleasant one. The ordering machines were functioning properly, and we encountered no issues. Our breakfast was served hot and delicious. We decided to try something different—a cinnamon roll—which was incredibly tasty, soft, moist, and quite sweet. I enjoyed half of it there and took the other half home for later. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff appeared happy and worked diligently.

Excellent service! This facility is always clean. Customers are always greeted with a smile. The employees are very friendly and work with customers who want special orders. Definitely our go-to McDonald's!

I received only half a box of fries. I've been coming to this location for about 15 years, so it was quite a surprise. At first, I thought it was funny, but I felt a bit disappointed once I started eating.
