Olive Garden - San Antonio

Today's lunch was quite enjoyable. I got off work early and had some time to spare before my flight, so naturally, I decided to relax at the bar. I ordered my go-to drink, a Long Island, and for my meal, I had the Chicken Alfredo with breaded chicken (highly recommend). The bartender was friendly and attentive, although she didn't introduce herself.

Sam is an excellent server. Food was delicious and served promptly. We went at 9pm as this location is very busy and had only a 5-10 minute wait time.

The flavors of food at chain restaurants can often be predictable, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service provided by everyone here. Despite dining in a group of 9, I was impressed that none of us felt overlooked. Our server, Jessy, paid impeccable attention to detail. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant again.

This Olive Garden is declining in quality. The Chicken Parmigiana was overcooked, and my pasta didn't have enough sauce. They forgot to bring the Romano cheese, and I received water in a plastic to-go cup because there were no clean glasses. It's no surprise that my utensils were dirty with food. This used to be my favorite Olive Garden, but I won't be returning.

The chicken marsala was on point and very delicious
