Panda Express - San Antonio

This place is a hit or miss. I would stop coming here, but my daughter loves the noodles. Really, that's all I'm looking for. The service is simply not on the way, and that's all I'm going for a day now. The food is usually ok if they don't let it sit too long.

Food is consistently good. Staff are always nice and quick. American Chinese cuisine at its finest. Don't skip on the eggrolls. They are always ?Parking: Lots of open locations.

Over and over and over the wait time for online orders is wrong. Consistently waiting more than 25 mins for food that was supposed to be ready at a specific time.Recommendation to the online ordering system that the wait time be adjusted if the food is going to be late. Too many bad experiences.The manager was back there cooking tonight due to a short staff.Food tastes great and its the only reason we return.

The man, Abdullah S, who took our large, a bit complicated, order #100429, and filled it to perfection!! Thank you ? But cashing out was extremely disappointing and irritating. We asked to buy a bag of fortune cookies and were told the bags were just for display , cookies will be added to your order at payment . Wr asked for 8 to cover our orders. It must be Rocket Science because the cashier 1) did not add the cookies, 2) put our 4 spring roll in a large dinner box 3) gave us 3 hot mustard and 2 duck sauce. Food was very good, our server, Abdullah S, was AWESOME, our cashier needs to be replaced-retrained-relocated. In that order.

Arrived 30 minutes before close and there wasn't any food ready because they said per management they stop making food an hour before close. No apologies. Just blank stares.
