Panda Express - San Antonio

Not sure why the dining room is closed still but when I order online so I can get my food and go, I don't enjoy waiting in a drove thru for 20 minutes waiting on my food. The point of mobile ordering is the food is ready when you arrive and you get to leave not sit in a line of 6 cars waiting to get my order.

This is ridiculous...to my knowledge the whole point of drive thru is to order and go, and yes 10-15min wait is fine to wait for an item. However, 30+ min waiting is ridiculous, I had to go drive-thru window again because one answers the phone and I still get my order wrong. Server forgot my order and I handed him the recipient to look at it and I still didn't get everything and the initial recipient was not even given back, this wasnt even a rush hour, and i can clearly see the crew standing around. And there is no way of getting a hold of no one, last time coming to this location.!!!

I'm done ordering from this location. Their chow mein (my favorite part of Panda) always tastes strange, usually sour cabbage or uncooked onion (not a fan of raw onion). Only other thing is I ask for chopsticks on every order and get utensils. Yes, thank you for the fork, I asked for chopsticks.Food: 1/5

Amazing Restaurant. Always Great Food. Was Greeted Accordingly upon arrival, Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable Staff. Fried Rice was Spot On! Orange Chicken and Shrimp were Delicious.Food: 5/5
