Pho Plus - San Antonio

This place is phenomenal! I haven't had pho in years since I became vegan. Make sure to inquire about their tofu and vegetable soup and ask if they can substitute the traditional beef broth with a veggie broth. The staff is incredibly friendly, the decor is beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious. This is definitely going to be our go-to spot for dinner from now on!

My daughter, who is a young adult, is typically very picky about the quality and taste of food. However, she was impressed with the smoothie and the first bite of the Pho at this restaurant. After taking a sip and a bite, she exclaimed "hmmm" and then proceeded to take another bite, repeating the same sound of approval.

I tried the spring rolls and the pork Bahn Mi at this restaurant. Both dishes were satisfying and tasty, all for under $10. The spring rolls were freshly made and the peanut sauce was delicious. The Bahn Mi was packed with vegetables and the pork was cooked perfectly. The server suggested adding fish sauce, which enhanced the flavors even more. Overall, I had a great experience - the food was fantastic, filling, and affordable, and the server was very friendly.
