Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - San Antonio

I typically enjoy Popeyes, but my recent experience was disappointing. There were only three cars in the drive-thru and four other customers inside, yet the service was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, my food was cold, and the staff member at the window was quite rude. When she handed me my food, it felt like she just tossed the bag at me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

The food was again fried, and it had a burnt exterior from excess oil. I visited at 8:00, so I assume I received leftovers. I won't be returning.

I was impressed with the freshness and temperature of my meal. Phillip provided excellent service and the food was absolutely delicious! The chicken tenders were juicy, and the sides were rich and creamy. I highly recommend this Popeyes! I'm looking forward to coming back here for lunch! Food rating: 5/5.

Homeless person in the press me for money that didn't matter to me. The staff was attentive to the specializations, and the chicken was cold and cooked and had been sitting on the shelf for some time. If I didn't give him any stars. Just fearless!! I literally didn't think I could have this bad Qn experience in an actual chain. Wow wow and wow!!!

I haven't been to this store in about 11 months because of a bad experience. I gave them another try and they redeemed themselves. I placed a large order and the Store Mgr. handled it himself. He was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Keep up the good work.Parking: Plenty parking
