Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - San Antonio

Being a long time resident of the east side, I’ve had the worst of the worst experiences at this locations. So after many disappointing and nasty attitudes from employees in the past…my son begged me to stop here and I’m so glad we did. The management has changed, the employees were absolutely wonderful. The young lady manager and her staff delivered hot fresh food and thanked me for visiting. The store needs a little more upkeep but the back area, kitchen area was cleaned and in ordered.Thank you Veronica for stepping in and bringing our neighborhood Popeyes back.

I had to wait for 25 minutes for my chicken, while customers were walking in and ordering the same order as mine and they received their order before me. They kept telling me that it was a 15 minute wait, they were cooking the chicken. Completely disappointed with the service i received.

When we got to the intercom they said they would be with us in just a second. There was barely anybody inside and nobody besides us in the drive thru. We waited about 20 minutes if not more for someone to take our order, even tried to get their attention again before leaving. Would not come here again

This will be the final time I come here to eat. I really do like Popeyes chicken but this location is garbage. Before we have had many issues with drive thru employees with bad attitudes for no reason with me and my family. Today we decided to avoid that and eat inside instead. Thank goodness the employee wasn't terrible to us but the food this time for the amount of time we waited was terrible. Cold food and I had to go up to the counter 4 times for missing items from the order. This is the first time I have been completely disgusted with the food. Even the red beans and rice was horrible for us and that with the biscuits are normally our favorite parts of the meal. Sadly again as this is the closest Popeyes to us we will not be returning again.

It seemed to be short handed at restaurants and the window person forgot some off my order I told her it was ok she seemed to b struggling and had to many things to do I waiting in a long line up to the street and it took 15 minutes to get to order and then it took another 5 minutes to order my food and 10 more min so I waited 30 min to get fast food ... food was good and I'm not complaining just stating the facts 9-26-22 5pm
