Rainforest Cafe - San Antonio

We dined there last night and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Our server, Mark, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager, Iszy, was also polite and attentive. The food was amazing, and I will definitely recommend this restaurant!

Went to celebrate my birthday then were going to a production at the Majestic theater. We were sat at a booth. I sat in a poodle of water. The manager was called over. I told him my pants were all wet. He said Sorry, they should not have sat you there because the air conditioner was leaking. To go tell the hostess to find us another seat. That was it!! I could not believe he was so nonchalant about it. I now had to sit through dinner and 2 hrs at the Majestic with wet pants. Our waitress, Daejia, was great! She was very attentive and did everything right so that we would have a great experience.

My kids and I visit this location at least once a year and always have a blast! Good and friendly service. Never had a bad experience!

Went for dinner with my son and had some awesome service from our server Isa, will be returning in the future.

My husband enjoyed his pork chops meal. It was good but one of the pork chop needed little more cooking to me. My sample platter was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the manager spoke to customers passing him saying yall enjoy. We passed him and sat right in front of him and he never spoke to us. We didn’t look like him thinks the other customers, hopefully that wasn’t the case. Other than that it was nice. Waitress was attentive but too rush for me to look at menu. Hence, why I ordered the platter.
