The service itself was decent and the rest of the food was good, but it wasn’t quite what we ordered.
This restaurant is a fantastic choice! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.
We spent our anniversary there. The food was awesome and the server was very attentive.
Server seemed distracted. Nice. But, her mind seemed elsewhere
Service typically runs a little slow during lunch hours. I wouldn’t encourage a lunch meeting here if you’re trying to keep it under an hour. There are other locations that can, but unfortunately not quite sure what’s going on here. Been to three lunch meetings where they’ve all been slow service and high server turnover. (Or at least that’s how it appears). Although I appreciate your commitment to support the disabled community, it is most uncomfortable having a physically impaired person as your host not only because we have to follow him limping across the sea of tables almost as we’re parading him around (which I’m sure is out of his own volition to remain active and contributing) but the guy lacks zero emotion and I’d honestly just like to get my table a little faster. I recognize and respect he has a health condition but I’d expect he provides an equal amount of enthusiasm when welcoming customers as the host. It’s really always the most frustrating part of my experience at this location and as outspoken consumer share these reviews in the hopes that they resonate with management more so than other patrons.
