Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Our server was friendly, quick, and professional. The food was good, but I do miss the old Red Robin. It has been a couple of years, but I remember the burgers being bigger, the menu being larger, and the food being served in those iconic red baskets. I understand that restaurants have to change with the times, but I prefer the old version of Red Robin. The only downside of this location for me was the interior of the restaurant. It desperately needs a makeover. It looks run down in a negative way. The women's bathroom was dirty and had a funky smell. They had candles burning, which made me think it was covering up the bathroom odor. It is evident that the restaurant has not been well-maintained over the years. There were rust spots on the bathroom door and dirty grout. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, with food and paper on the ground. I enjoy going to Red Robin, but I don't think I will be returning to this location. I don't want to give it a bad review, but they really need to update this restaurant soon to improve its appearance.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was overwhelmed by the strong scent of apple cinnamon candles burning in the back. The smell was overpowering. The food was average, similar to what you would expect from a Red Robin. The service was friendly but a bit slow.

It is a bit overpriced for a burger, in my opinion.

Always good food they have updated the menu with more items which is awsome and the service by the bartender was awsome very attentive and kind

Since I've been pregnant this has been our go to at least once a week. Each time we visit the servers are great! The food is good and is consistent. The double tavern with mayo and a salad is my favorite, and priced just right.
