I just wish I had paid attention to the nacho description because I don't care for refried beans and there was way too much on the nachos and no where near enough cheese. The Queso a la Riverwalk was good and the Jalapeno Bacon Corn cheese dip was perfect!
Street Pork Tacos WOW!, 3 corn tacos, full of meat and other goodies, tasty and sloppy! Wife had Beef Fajitas, she loved them. Mine $13, hers $23, I thought her a bit too pricey. Drinks around $9, total with tax before tip $60 for 2. We ate inside, it was too hot outside to sit by rivers edge. Lester took great care of us, was very complimentary to the whole table, made sure we were all happy with what we got.
Margaritas and food are good. Great view of the riverwalk area. Took off a star for service....mediocre at best. That and the random mariachi singer randomly appearing asking you if you want to hear a beautiful song. This place is pretty busy on the weekend but still a fun place to visit!!
Rating 4 stars because husband was impressed with the street tacos. Tortilla soup was delicious and kids ate their chicken tenders. Our server was wonderful and fast. Food came out in a timely manner and the restaurant was packed. It looks like a lot of people love getting the margaritas there and other drinks. Right on the river walk too. We came here a few years ago and they had a bigger menu to choose from.
Decent drink selections and more than enough food options. They could be a bit pricey but which restaurant along the river walk is not. Top notch margaritas, served in a 32 oz glass- Texas size . Both indoor and outdoor seating are available so you can choose either one depending on your heat tolerance. Expect big portions, good and attentive service.
