Rita's On The River - San Antonio

some of the best food I had in san antonio. my partner and I went around the afternoon on Monday and were sitting right away. chips and salsa were great. I have the beef enchilada plate and my partner has the Taco plate. both were amazing. I don't remember the names of our server, but she didn't let our drinks go empty and was very welcoming. I recommend this place in any case and will return myself.

first surprise was the personal at the front had no idea about the reservation on open table and showed nothing on their tablets. it was early for dinner, so many tables available so that they were able to put me. I was ahead that I had to contact open table about the reservation (i.e. explain that I actually showed up) but the reservation was somehow credited to my account. platz has a very limited menu for entree’s . suspicious people come here mostly for drinks on the river and appetizers. the fajitas were in order, but nothing special about them that would let me come back to have again. mediocre. place has good location on the river for people watching, but that is it.
