Absolutely delicious freshly made tortilla chips and bunelos!

This was a good place to buy fresh tortilla chips years ago, but it has gone down in the last couple of years. Twice now I have bought chips from them in last year and they taste like they are fried in old old oil, and burnt. I can't say anything about masa, but the place looks more and more run down every time I go there. I am now in search another chip place.

Deeeeelish corn and flour tortillas!!The older gentleman was so adorable lol and so very kind in taking a break from crafting tortillas with his hands still coated in flour dough to make absolutely sure I understood that there are no preservatives in the tortillas, so they should be stored in the fridge to prevent them from growing a science project really quickly. Thanks, sir!My properly stored tortillas were the PERFECT vehicle for my Danny Trejo recipe carnitas!Also, you can now buy Sanitary tortillas and tortilla chips at Wiatrek's meat market on Blanco ? ? one stop shopping.

Felt like I was disturbing the person working and all they had was tortillas. Bought some tortillas, but won't be visiting again.

Oh my Word, this molino tortilla factory is Wonderful all around. Rarely do you find a food dispensary that provides quality, quantity, and affordability all under one roof. This place has become my choice for barbacoa and all molino related food. Located downtown makes it a go to on Saturdays to get breakfast takeout for work. You get a lot of food with delicious flavor at an affordable price. It doesn't get any better than this place. Sanitary Tortilla Co. is the BEST! I always recimmend this place to all and I do it for free. Free marketing is my gift to them. Come down to try the barbacoa, tamales, tortillas, etc...
