Tall neandertal looking guy with curly hair attacked us verbally and physically and attacked 4 other customers because we asked for our food after 45 minutes. He attacked a young lady, and threatened to kill us all and beat us up. He refused to give us our foos or give us a refund. Asian guy said he wouldn’t fire him. A police report has been made. That guy also called the women in line “bitches” after they asked for their food. This place should consider not hiring felons.
It’s 4:50 on a Sunday and they can not take my order cause they are closed. Update your hours.
Attempted to ignore the pretty OK taste of the food. not the best Japanese ever, but that’s OK, it’s fine for for mall food. what happened was when the cook decided to blame me for him making a mistake and giving away our order to somebody else (not checking the order numbers apperently) and then not remaking ours basically accusing us of trying to scam them have a plate for food. All he did was shake his head and be rude and tell me to report it. So here I am the cook with a poofy hair, and red bandana. If owners see this PLEASE consider another employee asap. The older man and what I assume is the manager is fine.
Honestly this place is decent, it tastes great and I 've known the cook there for about a year, i always get the #1 Teriyaki Chicken plate with extra chicken. Today there was a new cook I 've never seen before, probably a recent hire. I ordered the same with the added protein, when I got my plate the chicken looked like a small portion. Normally when I add the extra chicken, it 's heavy. When I asked this new cook about it he said I needed to pay for it, I told him I already did pay for it. He looked at my plate as it was marked and he only added two pieces, yet I paid $3 extra for the extra chicken. I asked him further about it and he said that it 's typically like that, so I then said I 'm paying $3 more for two little pieces of chicken? He then added a bit more but not much. When I was in the middle of eating my meal, I was disgruntled but the cook called me back, he said he was willing to add more. I told him I was fine, the damage was already done. He insisted but I refused, I was done. So if you want extra protein, you have to pay $3 more for two pieces. Absolutely ludacris. I probably won 't be coming back here anytime soon. Didn 't know I was going to get robbed today. Plus even the person before had the same thing with no extra chicken and his plate looked like it had a tad more. Hopefully this gets addressed soon and never happens to any paying customer ever again.
